How to submit a Tutorial

1	Go to the index page to view all categories.
2	Decide which category your tutorial matches best.
3	After deciding a category, click through it to find sub-categories.
4	Select which sub-category your tutorial fits in to.
5	Click the "Submit a Tutorial" button.
